A limited number of on street parking is available however it is time restricted. Please ensure you check the parking terms & conditions on the signs.​
Belle Vue Terrace Car Park, located on St Anne’s Rd and behind The Unicorn Pub, is only a 2 min walk away. Please refer to the sign there for parking prices, terms and conditions.

The Wellsprings House green studded door is located in between Alturo Lounge and Malvern Goldsmiths. There is also a Lea & Perrins historical plaque to the left of the door.​

Yes, you will find them on the 2nd floor which you can access by the stairs or lift.

Yes, there is a lift available. Once you see the staircase on your left, it’s directly in front of you through the next doorway.

No, it’s best to enter through the green double doors in between Malvern Goldsmiths and Lonsdale’s Fresh Produce & Café.
